Do you offer women’s stitched and unstitched suits?
Yes. We offer a variety of women’s stitched and unstitched suits, including 2-piece and 3-piece collections, embroidered and printed designs, and selected Pakistani brands.
Do you sell bedsheets?
Yes. Our home essentials collection includes 3D bedsheets, printed bedsheets, single bedsheets, double/king-size bedsheets, and selected bedding products.
Do you offer Cash on Delivery in Pakistan?
Yes. Cash on Delivery (COD) is available across Pakistan for eligible orders.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are generally processed within 1–2 business days. After dispatch, delivery usually takes around 3–7 business days, depending on your location and courier service.
Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order has been dispatched, tracking information may be provided so you can check your shipment status through the courier service.
Can I open my parcel before payment?
No. Parcels cannot be opened before payment. We recommend recording a complete unboxing video when opening your parcel after receiving it.
What should I do if I receive a damaged or incorrect product?
Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Keep the product and packaging and provide your order details, photographs, and the required unboxing video.
What is your return and exchange policy?
Eligible damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete products may qualify for a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery, subject to our Return & Exchange Policy.
Do you offer refunds?
Refunds are considered only in approved cases, such as when an eligible replacement is unavailable or an advance payment needs to be returned. For COD orders, payment is normally collected at delivery.
Can I cancel my order?
You may request cancellation before your order is dispatched. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible.
