Return & Exchange Policy

At Najma Javaid, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you receive a damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete product, you may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.

This policy applies to all purchases made through Najma Javaid, including women’s stitched and unstitched clothing, bedsheets, and home essentials.

Eligibility for Return & Exchange

You may request a return or exchange if:

  • You receive a damaged or defective product.

  • You receive the wrong product.

  • An item is missing from your order.

To be eligible, the product must be:

  • Unused and unwashed

  • In its original packaging

  • Returned with all tags and accessories (if applicable)

Unboxing Video

A complete unboxing video is required for all return or exchange requests related to damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing items.

Please record the video from the sealed parcel until the product is fully opened.

Parcel Opening Policy

Parcels cannot be opened before payment.

Please receive the parcel first and record an unboxing video while opening it.

Items Not Eligible

Returns or exchanges are not accepted for:

  • Change of mind

  • Wrong size selected by the customer

  • Change of color or design

  • Used, washed, or altered products

  • Minor color differences caused by lighting or screen settings

How to Request a Return

  1. Contact us within 7 days of delivery.

  2. Share your order number and reason for the request.

  3. Send the required unboxing video and product photos.

  4. Our team will review your request and provide further instructions.

Please do not return any product without our approval.

Refund Policy

We primarily offer replacement or exchange for eligible products.

Refunds are provided only in approved cases where a replacement is unavailable or an advance payment has already been made.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds generally do not apply unless approved by our team.
