5. Cash on Delivery
Cash on Delivery (COD) is available across Pakistan for eligible orders.
The customer must pay the complete order amount to the courier at the time of delivery.
6. Order Cancellation
Customers may request cancellation before an order is dispatched.
Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible.

8. Parcel Opening Policy
Parcels cannot be opened before payment.
Customers are advised to record a complete unboxing video while opening the parcel after receiving it.
An unboxing video may be required when making a claim regarding a damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete product.
9. Returns & Exchanges
Eligible damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete products may qualify for a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery, subject to our Return & Exchange Policy.
Products generally need to be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and in their original condition and packaging.
