Return and Exchange Policy

At Najma Javaid, customer satisfaction is our priority. Please read our Return & Exchange Policy carefully before placing your order.

1. Return & Exchange Eligibility

We offer a 7-day Return & Exchange Policy from the date your order is delivered.

A return or exchange will only be accepted if:

You receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product.
The product is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
All original tags, labels, packaging, and accessories are intact.
Your request is submitted within 7 days of receiving the parcel.

2. Unboxing Video Requirement (Mandatory)

To claim a return or exchange for a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, you must record a complete unboxing video.

The video must:

Start before opening the courier parcel.
Clearly show the sealed parcel with the shipping label visible.
Show the parcel being opened in one continuous, unedited recording.
Clearly display the condition of the product after opening.

Important: If no complete unboxing video is provided, return or exchange requests for damaged, defective, missing, or incorrect items cannot be accepted.

3. Parcel Opening Policy

Our parcels are Not Allowed to Open at the time of delivery.

Please accept the parcel first and record a complete unboxing video before opening it. This video serves as proof in case of any issue with the order.

4. Non-Returnable Items

Returns or exchanges will not be accepted for:

Change of mind.
Incorrect size selected by the customer.
Color variation due to screen or lighting differences.
Products that have been used, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery.
Products without original tags or packaging.
Claims submitted after the 7-day return period.
Claims without a complete unboxing video.

5. Exchange Process

If your exchange request is approved:

Our customer support team will guide you through the process.
Once the returned item passes inspection, the replacement product will be dispatched (subject to stock availability).
If the requested item is unavailable, we may offer an alternative product or another suitable solution.
