1. Shipping Policy

  • We deliver all over Pakistan through trusted courier services.
  • Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days after order confirmation.
  • Delivery normally takes 3–7 business days, depending on your city and courier service.
  • Delivery times may be longer during sales, public holidays, or due to unforeseen circumstances.
  • Customers will receive order updates through WhatsApp, SMS, or phone call where applicable.

2. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • We currently offer Cash on Delivery (COD) across Pakistan.
  • Customers are requested to keep the exact payment amount ready at the time of delivery.
  • Please ensure that your shipping address and contact number are correct to avoid delivery delays.
  • Parcel Open is Not Allowed before payment. Please receive the parcel first and then record a complete unboxing video while opening it.

3. Refund Policy

As we operate on a Cash on Delivery (COD) basis, cash refunds are generally not provided.

Refunds or replacements will only be considered if:

  • You receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product.
  • You report the issue within 7 days of delivery.
  • You provide a complete unboxing video recorded from before opening the sealed parcel.

If your claim is approved, we may:

  • Replace the product with the correct item, or
  • Issue a refund where a replacement is not possible, at our discretion.

4. Order Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch by contacting our customer support.
  • Once the order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
  • Repeated fake orders or refusal to accept COD deliveries may result in future orders being declined.

5. Important Notes

  • Color may vary slightly due to lighting, photography, and screen settings.
  • Please check the size chart before placing your order.
  • Returns or exchanges without a complete unboxing video will not be accepted.
  • Returned products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
